Elite Fitness - The Best of Gyms in Victoria TX
Elite Fitness is one of the top gyms in Victoria, TX for two very simple (but extremely important) reasons; community and member support. We understand more than most that going to a new gym for the first can be a daunting experience. If you’re new to the gym in general, there’s so much to learn; how to use the equipment, what exercises you should be doing, how to do those correctly, how does diet factor into all of this? We know it can be a lot! That’s why we’ve committed and made it our mission to guide and support you through every step of your journey to health and fitness. This mission is at the very center of every decision we make, every new thing we implement, and it’s why we wake up on the morning. It’s our calling in life to help you get to where you want to be!
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we’re here to help you. Maybe you’ve made the decision to live a healthier lifestyle and are trying to figure out what to do next. That’s great! Our Fundamentals class will guide you through basic movements and exercises, and will be an incredible starting point for your nutritional journey, as well. Maybe you love the gym and are new to Victoria, TX. That’s great too and we would love to see you! Our regular programming is broken down into cycles of 12-16 week workout plans designed by our very own coaches right here at Elite Fitness.
Everyone’s goals, circumstances, and situations are different. While most gyms expect one thing to work for everyone, we believe that individuality is actually the key to help people. That’s why we don’t use a “one plan fits all” model. Here at Elite we take you through three steps to help you reach your individual goals; 1. Set health and nutrition goals that are unique to you 2. Educate you on the best way to reach those goals 3. Put a plan into action to help you get where you want to be. It’s this three step model that has helped so many people with not just their physical health, but with their emotional, mental, and spiritual health, as well!

What to Expect at Elite Fitness Victoria
Our current daily class schedule contains 53 different classes a week. That’s right…53. That’s 53 different opportunities you have to receive guidance and support in reaching your health and fitness goals. If you’re a beginner, haven’t worked out in awhile, or are simply worried about being judge while working out in front of people, we have you covered! Elite Fitness is a judgement-free zone. We’re all working towards something, and no matter where you are in your journey we’re here solely to support and guide you. To best do that, we have a coach designated just for beginners at every single class!
24/7 HOUR ACCESS
As of mid-July 2020, all Elite Fitness members will have 24/7 access to the gym facilities! We believe this is one of the most convenient services we can offer in the wake of COVID-19. With 24/7 access it’s much easier to socially distance appropriately, and will allow for all members to work out at their convenience. We are committed to providing the highest quality and most convenient service for the entire Elite family…no matter what!
