Since Graduating high school I’ve only had a passion for fitness & helping others.  I spent 2 years as an independent personal trainer (Certified through ACE) before opening up Elite Fitness.  I had a desire to make fitness affordable, while still giving the same quality of work that was received during one on one personal training sessions.   I used the passion and desire I had, to build the foundation Elite now lays on.

Head Coach

I started out once as Elite’s very first clients. So, I know what it means to start from the bottom… LITERALLY!! What makes me love what I do is the opportunity to change people’s life’s! My favorite kind of working out is lifting as much as possible and eating! My favorite conditioning would have to be NONE. Don’t put me down for cardio, Just Kidding! The other coaches would describe me as the most sarcastic of the bunch and easy going!

Favorite Life – Clean & Jerk

I have been a certified personal trainer for almost a year now through ACE. I started with Elite Fitness a ways after leaving the military, where I served for 6 years. I am a power lifter who enjoys pushing my body to the limit and giving MAXIMUM EFFORT. Being a coach who is involved with people everyday and interacting with them brings me great happiness and passion in my job. I have always wanted to make a difference in people’s lives in a positive way. That is why I love my job so much at Elite because I go home knowing I could have made someone better in more ways that one and that is great for me. Potential is an amazing thing, and everyone has the potential for greatness the only person that stands in the way is yourself.

I Joined Elite Fitness 3 years ago and have been involved in Olympic Weightlifting for 1 year now. While my journey at Elite has not always been easy, the challenges I have overcome have helped me grown so much into who I am now. I want to be able to use my story to help encourage others! Fitness is important and something everyone should enjoy. My job is to help create a positive and fun experience for clients, as well as using the best of my own experience and knowledge to help them achieve their goals.
